Advanced Development Programme

AI in clinical systems, done safely

We work with clients to explore how artificial intelligence can support clinical and operational work in medicines management: summarising complex information, flagging risks earlier and reducing administrative load. Every development is scoped with the client and kept under clear clinical and information governance.

Assistive, not autonomous

AI supports professional judgement and never replaces it. A clinician stays in control of every decision.

Governed from the outset

Clinical safety, data protection and transparency are designed in before anything reaches practice.

Built on real workflows

Use cases come from the frontline and are tested with the teams who will use them.

How we work

Governance first, built around you

We work alongside each client to understand their processes, then configure our systems to fit — with governance built in, not bolted on.

1

Governance first

Roles, permissions and audit trails are designed in from the start and aligned to your SOPs and policies.

2

Practical by design

Built by practising pharmacists, so systems fit the way teams actually work and are quick to pick up.

3

Configured with you

We set up workflows, roles, sites and terminology to match your needs — the system adapts to you, not the other way round.

4

Information governance by default

Minimal data, clear accountability and DPIA-ready documentation where it is needed.

5

UK data residency

Where a system needs a back end, data is hosted in UK/EU regions — never sent anywhere it does not need to go.

6

Supported as you grow

As your needs change, configuration changes with them — targeted updates, not rebuilds.

About

Evolve Digital & Governance

ED&G was founded by a practising hospital pharmacist who kept meeting the same problems: paper processes, spreadsheets passed around by email, and systems that were never designed for the people using them.

We build focused tools that fix those problems properly — secure, auditable and pleasant to use — and we keep governance at the centre so that the people responsible for medicines can trust what they are using.

Have a workflow that needs fixing?

Tell us about it. We'll talk through your requirements and how our systems can be configured to fit.
